Operations and Business Development Coordinator

EC REAL ESTATE TEAM is looking for a professional with experience in the real estate market to work directly with the management, assuming a central role in coordinating the activity, consolidating operations and developing new business opportunities.

A role that combines real estate knowledge, management skills, commercial vision and participation in national and international projects.

Your challenge

• Support management in the implementation of the commercial strategy and business development.

• Coordinate processes of raising, marketing, buying, selling and leasing.

• Ensure document management and monitoring of transactions, from collection to deed.

• Follow up on clients, proposals and commercial opportunities, ensuring regular and professional communication.

• Identify business opportunities and contribute to attracting new customers and properties.

• Participate in the planning, preparation and execution of marketing and real estate communication actions.

• Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of properties in the different commercial channels.

• Improve internal processes, tools and working methods, contributing to operational efficiency.

• Collaborate in the development of new services and in the follow-up of international clients, including KeyToPortugal projects.

The profile we are looking for

Professional experience and skills

• Proven experience in the real estate sector, preferably in procedural coordination, operations or support to commercial management.

• Knowledge of the procedures and documentation associated with real estate transactions in Portugal.

• Ability to monitor processes of raising, buying, selling and leasing.

• Excellent command of the Portuguese of Portugal, written and spoken, with clear, correct and rigorous professional communication.

• Good knowledge of English, oral and written.

• Mastery of IT tools and ease of use of CRM, digital platforms and productivity tools.

• Knowledge of real estate marketing and communication will be valued.
